Advantage features

DISTILLATION MACHINE
We are producing two kinds of machine as following:
A--- Intermittent oil distillation plant; B--- Continuous oil distillation plant.
The end product should be diesel kerosene and gasoline when the raw material is crude oil. The capacity of distillation machine ranges from 6 tons per day to 100 tons per day.
Advantages:

Q: How you can clean the emission to meet environmental standard?
A: 3 layers of dedusting system-alkali liquor wasing+ceramic filtering+alkali liquor sprayers. Extra gas from reactor will be recycled into furnace for heating, it will be cleaned by specific device before to be burned of cause. Ash and odor are also well prevented as the pyrolysis system is totally sealed, sepcially for continuous running plants.
Q: Can tire and plastic be mixed to be processed?
A: Generally, we don’t recommend you to mix them. Tire and plastic need different temperature and time to be processed. If you put them together, much fuel will be wasted. Besides, the quality and rate of final oil will also change.
Q: What’s the difference between continuous pyrolysis plant and intermittent pyrolysis plant?
A: They are different in the following aspects:
For the continuous type, the feeding of raw materials and discharging of slag are both automatic. While for the intermittent type, these two processes are manual.
For the continuous type, the feeding hole is very small, so the pretreating system is needed to cut the raw materials into small piece. While the intermittent type does not need this device.
The continuous plant can operate for some time without stop. While for the intermittent plant, the reactor must be cooled before the second batch.
Q: What’s the usage of the Pyrolysis oil? Can it be used in vehicles?
A: (1) The pyrolysis oil is fuel oil and can be used as fuel in some heavy industry factories, such as glass factory, power plant factory, aluminum factory and so on.
(2) If you want to use the oil in vehicles, you may need the distillation plant. It can distill the pyrolysis oil into diesel.

4. What is the fuel source for your heating system? We would prefer natural gas or electric.
Fuel source for heating system: coal, charcoal and wood,natural gas or electric.
The feasibility analysis for electricity heating: The reactor will not be heated uniformly, that will limited the processing time and effects (oil output rate,quality and reactor life time discount varying degrees), so you are not suggested to use this way to heat.
5. Have you worked with engineers in the US regarding air quality and permits?
We have got CE and ISO certificatin. Surely get permits in the US.

1. How many tons per day can your systems process?
For our tire pyrolysis machine, we have 3 standard models.
Batch system: Model WJ-6(6T/D); Model WJ-8(10T/D); Continuous system; Model WJ-9(20T/D);
For our continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant is configured with tyre shredder system, auto feeding system, auto carbon&steel discharging system. The plant can be fed material and discharge carbon & steel automatically and sealed, under 350 degree temperature.
*1-. About our 20 tons continuous waste tire pyrolysis plant, it can work continuously with scheduled maintenance(once one or two weeks). So the plant can work 25 days per month.
*2-. The operating details for 20 tons per day: first feeding(5 tons material)→pyrolysis process→second feeding(5 tons material)→pyrolysis process→slag discharging for 2 hours→third feeding(5tons material)→pyrolysis process→the last feeding(5tons material)→slag discharging totally. And for20 tons capacities, about 24 hours will be needed in total.
2. I need to know the Quality of the Fuel Oil and Carbon Black produced. I need chemical test/analysis reports for both.

3. Will it process tires whole or shredded tires only?
Batch system: Model WJ-6(6T/D); Model WJ-8(10T/D); Continuous system; Model WJ-9(20T/D);
For our Manual system, if the diameter of the whole waste tire is under 1.2m, we could process the whole tire directly. While, for our continuous system, beforeprocessing them, we need to using the tire shredder to cut the whole waste tire into piece—30cm-50cm, then using the auto feeding system to send them into the reactor to process.
4. What is the total operational space, including maintenance clearances required per each system?
The smallest occupied area of Model WJ-6(6T/D) or Model WJ-8(10T/D) is 10m*30m*10m(L*W*H), while the smallest occupied area ofModel WJ-9(20T/D) is 10m*40m*10m(L*W*H).
Generally the size of 2000 square meters for the factory is enough. If it is convenient, could you send us the layout of your factory, then based on the layout of your factory, we could design the layour of the whole production line for you.—Comment from our engineer.

We are located in Zhengzhou city, Henan province, China, which is near to the airport-- Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport (the Airport Code is CGO), from the airport to our office, it just need 35 minutes.
We will pick you up at the airport, book the hotel in advance for you if you need, accompany you visit our running machine and make a demonstration.
5). How can we distinguish different quality of rice husk?
Depending on the content of C in market prices also varies:
Distinguish different quality of Carbonized rice husk can use our hands rub, if they are broke into granular solid black, and do not knead dough, gritty, it means that the quality of Carbonized rice husk is very good.
After rubbing, if they become ashen, it tells us that the quality is quite low. It will play an adverse impact on the steel if we used in steel making.
